Privacy policy

Ahoy Labs operates Search Console insights. We process your Google account identity, read-only Search Console reports, saved groups, experiments and preferences to provide analyses you request.

Google data and sharing

When you use a plugin tool, the relevant Search Console results are sent to OpenAI through ChatGPT. OpenAI processes them under the terms and privacy settings of your ChatGPT account. Cloudflare hosts the service and its D1 database. Google OAuth credentials remain encrypted on our server and are never returned to ChatGPT or the workspace UI.

Search Console insights’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train a separate application model.

Retention and controls

Requested reports are cached for up to 24 hours; expired entries are unreadable and purged hourly. Saved definitions and preferences stay until you delete them. Disconnecting revokes local access and clears report caches. Delete account data removes active identity, grants, tokens and workspace records. Cloudflare D1 Time Travel keeps historical copies for up to 30 days on paid plans or 7 days on free plans; active deletion does not immediately erase those historical copies.

Operational telemetry records error categories, timing and quota failures without report contents, query text, URLs, emails or tokens. Conversations and files saved in ChatGPT must be managed in ChatGPT separately.
